Beautifully furnished 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom condominium in Rim Village. Our condominium has upgrades, high speed internet, new furniture and furnishings.  Our condominium is near the swimming pool and offers plenty of room for everyone.  Z-1 is the newest building in Rim and the last building built.  We have spectacular views of the red rock, private fenced in patio and features all the conveniences of home!  We chose this unit because of the quiet, peaceful location and the views that surround our condominium.   We love dogs and will consider a well behaved dog.

Rim Village is 5 minutes from downtown Moab, the heart of shopping, dining and entertainment. Whether you are visiting from nearby or passing through Moab on your tour of the Western United States, you'll find our condominium is your "home away from home".

December - February $150 per night

March - June, September - November $225 per night

July - August - $900 per week/$2100 per month

Discount for weekly or monthly stays.   Rates do not include tax of 3.0%.

RATES MAY BE HIGHER FOR HOLIDAYS, SPECIAL OR PEAK WEEKENDS.

Policies:  2 night deposit at the time of booking.  Full payment due 45 prior to arrival.  No Smoking. Pets considered with a  $10 per night charge.   Minimum night stays.  Please add cleaning charge of $75 per visit.
